The Atlanta Capitals are a Tier III junior hockey team in the North American 3 Hockey League. Junior hockey is level for 16-21 year olds between youth programs and the collegiate ranks. The primary logo features an eagle with the wings stylized into a 13 feather/stripe shield. The three stars represent the path of a Capitals player: youth hockey to NA3HL (the larger star represents where the player currently is on their path), and culminating in NCAA hockey.
